'HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen' is most FAMOUS for it's High-End Vietnamese Cuisine. There is a full bar with some creative cocktails. 'HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen' offers high end Vietnamese cuisine, including a bastion of Southeast Asian noodle soups, like a rice noodle bowl. This is by no means a noodle place as it only has the one dish, but if noodles is what you are craving, then eating this dish will not be disappointing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gb75VzsCkN0&list=TLPQMjkwODIwMjQTcSFPqQ74Kw&index=10 Other stand-outs are the fried tamarind calamari, the sweet & sour fried chicken wings, the big French inspired Vietnamese seafood tower, the ceviche with shrimp chips, the sliced ribeye, the flame grilled scallops, that fatty duck confit, the grilled grilled eggplant, and the crispy fried sweet & sour fluke fish with lettuce wrap. It's a little pricy here, but it's high quality. 'HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen' offers high end Vietnamese cuisine, including an array of French inspired appetizers & seafood towers. If that's what you are craving, the eating here will not be disappointing. You can eat your Bahn Mi here, or take it to-go. As expected, HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen offers excellent traditional Vietnamese coffee. Just know, it is extremely rich & sweet. For dessert there's fried bananas with cream-puff filled with whipped coffee cream. ... for dinner only, starting at 4PM.

Dishes were tasty. I enjoyed the banh xeo (Vietnamese savory crepes) with fish sauce the most. The rice and other dishes were also flavorful, but the price point for the dishes was a bit too high for the amount and quality of food. Service was a bit slow at times despite us coming at an earlier time. Lots of seating inside.

Recently visited for my sister's birthday and everything was delicious! The ambiance is really nice and the restaurant is much larger than it looks from the outside. The staff was also very friendly and walked us through the menu knowing it was our first time visiting. We started off with a few cocktails and I really enjoyed my New Statesman. For apps we went with the vegetarian papaya salad and chopped clams. I thought the papaya salad was really good and refreshing. The chopped clams were good, but heavy on the ginger. For main entrees we got the whole fluke, house fried rice and grilled eggplant. It was all very good! My favorite item was the eggplant, you could taste the charred flavors and it was so good. The whole fluke was really good too, very crispy and the lettuce is a nice touch to make lettuce wraps! The fried rice was also flavorful and delicious. For desserts we ordered the banana cream and they brought a dessert for my sister's birthday. The banana cream was so good! So light and heavy on the banana, it tasted like a lighter banana pudding. Highly recommend HaiSous for elevated Vietnamese!

It is more on the $$ side but there are lots of shareable items and gluten free options! The chicken wings are so tasty (has a caramelized fish sauce coating) and the pandan cookies are surprisingly really good especially with the coconut mousse on the side! The food is pretty authentic!

Hubby and I stopped in during happy hour and took a seat at the cozy bar. The restaurant is beautifully designed with incredible wood accents. The staff is wonderfully friendly, and the service was excellent. We shared the crispy calamari, which sat on a sweet and spicy tamarind sauce. It was incredibly delicious, with the sauce providing an amazing tang and just the right amount of heat. We also shared the chicken wings brushed with caramelized fish sauce and chili. These were hands down the best chicken wings I have ever eaten--crispy and incredibly flavorful. For drinks, hubby ordered a Pilsner, and I opted for a cocktail called Cheap Thrills, made with Beefeater Gin, cucumber juice, coconut soda, and lemon. It was a tart and refreshing cocktail. We will absolutely be back again to enjoy more of this fantastic menu.

3.7 Haisous seems to me a upscale modern take on Vietnamese cuisine. Came here around 6:30 on a Wednesday night and was seated promptly. Place was kinda empty so it was actually a bit cold given I was wearing just shirt and shorts. We got calamari, fried chicken wings, eggplant, and the meat platter. Meat platter was the best, but wish they gave more lettuce or even rice paper to wrap stuff. Otherwise everything was prepared really well but for $62, I probably could have just got double or triple the stuff at a Vietnamese mom and pop shop in Seattle and even more in Houston Calamari was second favorite and probably could have mixed the sauce in some rice and vegetables and you'd been happy as a camper Fried Chicken wings were pretty decent. It's not the best fish sauce wings I've had but texture is crunchy enough and flavor is there. Eggplant I felt like was kind of disappointing because the softness of the eggplant wasn't there and it was almost not cooked enough and just looked like weird tentacles in sauce. The flavor was not great either. Overall while I did enjoy my meal. I feel like the smiles per dollar wasn't exactly there. However, I can understand why people like this place.

So excited to have found a upper scale Vietnamese restaurant! We dropped in from happy hour (4-5:30pm) be aware as the website still says 6pm! We got the chicken wings, bun cha, and octopus with eggplant. All the dishes were packed with flavor and delicious. The one thing that I will opt for next time is the lettuce on the side of the soup, it just didn't sit right with me. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful and so was the service, Isabel was great. Cannot wait to come back and try their curry and banana dessert.

Came here for my boyfriend's birthday. We ordered the chicken wings and grilled oysters to start off. They were decently sized, crispy, and perfectly balanced between salty and sweet. However, I would pass on the grilled oysters-- saw someone here described them as raw oysters slightly warmed... and it was exactly that. Moving onto the main course, I was pretty disappointed in the portion size of the prawns and snow crab claws. The garlic butter sauce made up for this. It was rich and umami and soso good I could drink it straight up. We ordered the smallest size fluke (MP $55) which is prefect for 2-3 people. The fish was served with lettuce and herbs. It was very tasty, highly recommend!
